The theater has flexible set-ups for concerts:

• Club set-up - Standing only on the main floor.
• Caberet set-up - Tables and chairs on the main floor with a dance floor.
• Theater set-up - Rows of chairs set up on the main floor.

The balcony always has seating regardless of the main floor set-up.

Parking - There is ample on-street and off-street parking within a block
radius of the theater. Behind city hall at 7th & Madison is a 400
car parking garage, just south of the theater off of East 8th Street
is a large city owned surface parking lot.

Handicapped Accessability - The main floor entry, the seating area between the
bars and restrooms are handicapped accessable.
There are steps to the other seating areas and
dance floor. Please contact the office at (859)
491-2444 for advance seating assistance or
information.

Smoking - There is no local law banning smoking. Many events are designated
non-smoking by the performing artist or promoter. Please contact
our office if you wish to determine if smoking is banned or limited
at a specific event.
