Events are booked at the Madison Theater by both the theater itself and by outside promoters. The theater uses TicketFusion as our online ticket agency. Outside promoters may use other ticket services for their shows. As an accommodation to our online customers the "Buy Now" link on our calendar will transfer ticket purchasers to the appropriate ticket agency for each event.
Tickets are sold at the Madison Theater office (just to the left of the theater) Monday - Friday, 1pm - 6pm. While credit cards are accepted for events booked directly by the theater, tickets for events booked by outside promoters are cash only. Tickets for events booked directly by the theater may also be purchased by phone. A service charge may be charged on ticket sales. If you have questions about a specific event please call the theater at (859) 491-2444.
The theater has flexible seating arrangements for concerts:
- Club set-up - Standing only on the main floor.
- Caberet set-up - Tables and chairs on the main floor with a dance floor.
- Theater set-up - Rows of chairs set up on the main floor.
The balcony always has seating regardless of the main floor set-up.
PLEASE CALL THE THEATER’S OFFICE IF YOU HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT AVAILABLE SEATING AT ANY CONCERT (859) 491-2444.
There is ample on-street and off-street parking within a block radius of the theater. Behind city hall at 7th & Madison is a 400 car parking garage, just south of the theater off of East 8th Street is a large city owned surface parking lot.
The main floor entry, the seating area between the bars and restrooms are handicapped accessable. There are steps to the other seating areas and dance floor. Please contact the office at (859) 491-2444 for advance seating assistance or information.
